Where Leads Go — notification recipients
Toggle OFF = stays saved, stops receiving. Only admins see this panel. Changes save instantly to the database; the email sender reads this list (interim: also mirrored in the server setting until the final cutover).
Suggestions & Issues
Submitted with the 💡 button (bottom right). Lifecycle: OPEN → ACKNOWLEDGED (admin/dev) → FIXED (stays listed 7 days, then disappears). Nothing is ever deleted from the database.
Instructions & Training
1. Every application (website form or Facebook) lands here automatically AND emails the people toggled ON above.
2. Click a lead → its touch history opens. Log EVERY contact attempt: pick channel (Text/Email/Call), pick result (No Reply / Reply / ✅ Successful), add a note, Log Touch. Your name is recorded automatically.
3. NOTES ARE REQUIRED: you cannot log a touch, change a status, or archive without writing a note. Pin important notes with the Pin button — pinned notes stay at the top.
3b. Deleting: leads NEVER delete directly — Archive first (note required). Only an ADMIN can permanently delete an archived lead.
3c. The counter tracks HUMAN touches out of 8. If a lead replies, the count pauses (engaged). 8 human touches with no engagement → the lead auto-moves to REMARKETING. Leads are never deleted.
4. Statuses: New → Contacted → Show → Filed. Special: HOT, Duplicate, Management Review, Remarketing, Jail. Same ladder as the Giveaway board.
5. EXPORTS (CSV / Excel / PDF buttons) are ADMIN-ONLY — staff will not see them.
5a. CAME FROM: every lead shows how it arrived - Website form, Landing page, Facebook/IG ad, Calendar booking, or Referral (QR code / referral link) with the referrer name (first name + last initial).
5b. SUGGESTIONS & ISSUES: tap the 💡 button (bottom right) to report anything wrong or ideas — your name and time are stamped automatically. Admins/devs Acknowledge, then Mark Fixed; fixed items stay listed 7 days.
6. To change who gets the emails: admins use "Where Leads Go" — no developer needed.
7. NEW-LEAD SOUND: while the board is open it checks for new leads every 30 seconds - a chime + banner fires the moment one lands (browser may stay silent until your first click on the page).
8. Sign-in is your Gmail. If you can sign in but see nothing, an admin needs to approve your profile.
